Pastor Marcel D. Fears is the founder and pastor of Overcomer’s Life Church (OLC,) a God-centered ministry focused on providing believers and its surrounding community with a safe-haven for all people, where the mantra is “No matter what you face in life, you can overcome it!” Pastor Fears strives to serve his congregation and church community with integrity and visionary leadership. He is the founder of Prayer Nation Worldwide hosting an annual conference attracting prayer warriors and intercessors from around the nation. Pastor Fears is the CEO of the Dreamer’s Community Network Inc. 501(c)3 organization which is designed to help empower the community and position its residents to become more successful professionally and socially.

 

Pastor Fears currently serves as Coordinator of Local Youth Church Commission for the International Youth Department of the Church of God in Christ, Inc, Vice-President of the Midwest Region International Youth Department, and a member of Chicago South Suburbs Multi-Disciplinary Team for Adult Protective Services. Pastor Fears earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from Arizona State University and is currently finishing his Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership. A published author, whose work has reached many across this nation and other parts of the world. Pastor Fears released his first book, “This is Where You Make It Happen” in 2011. His most recent book released in the Fall of 2020, “7 Principles to Love Again.” Pastor Fears married Lady Venus Fears in 2005 and they have two sons: David Eugene and Tyler Louis.
